Gentle Yoga

Linda Mills, EYT500 and Yoga Therapist IAYT, will provide a one hour gentle yoga class. The first half hour will be in a chair. A yoga strap, a man’s tie, or a bathrobe sash would be helpful to assist in the stretches. The session will focus on the neck and shoulders and include some seated twists. There will be a 5 min. transition with some standing poses. The second half hour will be on the floor using a yoga mat. Two blankets and the strap would be helpful to do some seated, supine poses and restorative asanas. If you have other props, like an eye bag covering and blocks, these might be useful as well.
